🎟️ Tickets & Entry

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

When you purchase your tickets, you’ll select a date and time slot for your visit. You may enter within the 30-minute window on your ticket (ie, 8:00 time slot, please arrive between 8:00-8:30). Once inside, you can stay as long as you’d like.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY TIME SLOT?

We know plans change! Tickets can be transferred up to 48 hours before your scheduled time. A $5 fee per ticket applies. Please note:

Transfers cannot be made into a sold-out time slot.
If transferring into a higher-priced night, you’ll pay the difference.
No refunds are given if transferring to a cheaper night.

Follow these steps and transfer your tickets for Austin or Dallas to a new time.

WILL TICKETS BE SOLD AT THE DOOR?

All tickets must be purchased online in advance. Walk-up sales are not guaranteed, as most nights sell out.

HOW DOES PARKING WORK?

Parking is at the farm and costs $10/vehicle (no large buses or high-occupancy vehicles). Lines may stack up on busy weekends—thank you for your patience as our team directs cars safely into the lot. Don’t worry, you won’t be turned away if you’re delayed in line. We also encourage ride sharing to help ease traffic.

WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Pumpkin Nights is a rain-or-shine event. We remain open during light rain. In the case of lightning or severe weather, we may pause or close temporarily. If your scheduled time is impacted, you’ll receive email instructions to transfer your tickets to another night free of charge.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

All sales are final. Pumpkin Nights does not issue refunds for tickets. Please double-check your ticket date and time before purchase. Tickets purchased through unauthorized vendors cannot be replaced.

If Pumpkin Nights is postponed due to unsafe conditions, your tickets will automatically be transferred to a new date. No refunds are issued for rescheduled nights.

👨‍👩‍👧 Family & Accessibility

IS THIS A FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT?

Yes! Pumpkin Nights is designed for all ages. While you’ll see spooky elements (fog, giant pumpkin spiders, skeletons), there are no forced jump scares or gore. For those seeking an element of scare, we do have an optional $10/ticket specialty haunted house available.

IS THE TRAIL STROLLER/WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Our venue is a farm. The path includes grass, dirt, gravel, sand, and hills, which can be challenging for some strollers and mobility devices. Guests using wheelchairs are welcome but should expect uneven terrain.

DO KIDS NEED TICKETS?

Children ages 3 and under are free and do not need a ticket. All other guests will need their own ticket.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

Only service animals are allowed. Pets are not permitted.

🎃 Festival Experience

ARE THERE REAL PUMPKINS?

Yes! You’ll see real carved, painted, and displayed pumpkins throughout the festival. However, our larger installations are made with over 7,500 hand-carved artificial pumpkins, allowing for massive, detailed displays that last all season (and without the pumpkin rot smell).

HOW LONG IS THE WALKING PATH?

The trail is about a half-mile long. You’re welcome to walk through as many times as you like.

WHAT ELSE CAN I DO AT THE VILLAGE?

The Pumpkin Village is our main festival hub. Here you’ll find food & drinks, live entertainment, fire shows, pumpkin carving, photo ops, and local vendors. Each city has a unique lineup—check your city’s event calendar for details.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE BEFORE SUNSET?

The displays glow brightest after dark, but you’re welcome to enter when you arrive. While waiting for sunset, enjoy live entertainment, food, drinks, and pumpkin carving in The Pumpkin Village.

WILL ALCOHOL BE SERVED?

Yes. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase, along with seasonal non-alcoholic drinks.

CAN I WEAR A COSTUME?

Absolutely! Costumes are encouraged. Masks are allowed, but please leave props and weapons at home.

WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED?

For everyone’s safety:

Drones, UAVs, remote-controlled devices
Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, roller skates (strollers, wagons, and wheelchairs are welcome)
Weapons of any kind (guns, knives, tasers, sharp tools, etc.)

Bags may be searched upon entry.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS?

Outside food and beverages (including alcohol) are not allowed. We’ve got plenty of delicious options available inside.

CAN I LEAVE AND COME BACK?

No re-entry is allowed once you leave the festival grounds.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Dress for the weather and wear comfortable shoes or boots for walking. Nights can get chilly, and the trail includes dirt and grass paths.

DO YOU OFFER GROUP RATES?

Yes! Groups of 10+ receive 10% off tickets. Add 10 or more tickets to your cart during checkout to receive the discount.
