Event Tickets
Ticket Purchases: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except in cases where an official transfer option has been provided (e.g., due to a postponement or rescheduling of the event).
Ticket Transfers: If you purchased a ticket for a previous event that was postponed or canceled, your ticket will be honored for the rescheduled event date or transferred according to the process communicated to you. For the protection of our guests, we do not support the resale of tickets through unofficial third-party vendors. Any tickets purchased from an unauthorized source are at the purchaser's risk and may be invalid.
Event Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, safety concerns, or public health orders. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or refund options at our sole discretion.
Health and Safety
Participant Responsibility: Attendees must follow all posted health and safety guidelines. By attending, you agree to comply with any health-related protocols that may be implemented by event management or mandated by local or state authorities.
Assumption of Risk: By attending the event, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases or illnesses. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising from such exposure.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur at the event, except in cases of gross negligence on our part. By attending Pumpkin Nights, you accept full responsibility for your safety and that of your guests, including any minors. Furthermore, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event.
Event Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove anyone from the event who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or unlawful behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases. Attendees must adhere to all event rules, which include but are not limited to the following:
Prohibited Items: For the safety and enjoyment of all guests, outside food and beverages, alcohol, weapons of any kind, professional photography equipment without a media pass, drones, and illegal substances are prohibited.
Bag Policy: All bags, purses, and backpacks are subject to search upon entry.
Smoking/Vaping: This is a smoke-free and vape-free event.
Pets/Animals: With the exception of certified service animals, pets are not permitted.
Unmanned Aircraft (Drones): The use of any unmanned aerial systems (drones) is strictly prohibited on or over event grounds without prior written permission from event management.
Photography, Videography, and Media
Guests are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. Any commercial photography or videography is prohibited without prior written consent from event management. By attending Pumpkin Nights, you consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded. Your entry constitutes your consent to such recording and to any use, in any and all media, of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the event.
Weather Policy
The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions pose a significant risk to attendee safety. In the event of a cancellation due to extreme weather, we will communicate any potential rescheduling or refund options via email and the event website.
Third-Party Websites
Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of such sites. If you engage in transactions with these third parties, you do so at your own risk.
Submissions
